"In order to continue to put pressure on the Minister and MPs we are asking
every individual instructor within our associations to send a letter - not
an e-mail - to their own MP asking for answers to the questions raised by
our document, "Criticism of the Process".

The Minister will have to bring the statutory instrument before Parliament
for a vote. If this happens, the Government will win because of their
majority. If we act now we can prevent things going as far as a vote and the
legislation could be lost.

The united front we have shown in bringing about the adjournment debate must
not be lost. We must retain this momentum and go forward to challenge this
ludicrous proposal Action speaks louder than words. We would therefore urge
everyone to write these letters of objection in order to keep the pressure
on and obtain a no-vote situation."

The Fight Goes On.....

We have won a battle but not the WAR so the fight must go on.

David Heath Liberal Democrat presented a very strong case raising most of the points that were put forward by the A.D.I's and their Associations Nation Wide.

Although this is not the complete victory that we had strongly campaigned for it is a major step in the right direction in our opposition to the D.S.A. nonsensical and draconian attitudes against the Industry.

We now have a formidable structure strongly in place which we will use to our best advantage. We must not  sit back on this issue. A meeting should be arranged with the Minster and the questions asked as to why he was so badly informed and misguided on this issue.

We must have faith in ourselves and most certainly carry the fight on with the integrity to meet all the challenges that it will present.

All A.D.I.s must therefore give full support to their elected representative if we are to succeed

Regards, John Miller D.I.S.C. Chairman
