The Driving Instructors Scottish Council is a body of representatives of most of the Approved Driving Instructors associations in Scotland, thus giving a voice to almost two thirds of the country's Instructors. It has consultative status with the Driving Standards Agency and is in regular and frequent contact with it's officials, therefore being able to instantly liaise on any subject connected with road safety and the well being of instructors.
The council are at present campaigning on a subject that is close to the heart of all Driving Instructors, namely The Register of Approved Driving Instructors. This subject will be discussed at the Council's forthcoming conference to be held in Perth. |
